PREVI and Funcef signed an agreement in May for the incorporation of the Brasil Ferrovias group companies by América Latina Logística S.A. (ALL) and are now shareholders of the largest logistics company in Latin America. The operation, which counted on the participation of the BNDES, is part of an ample restructuring for the recovery of the Brasil Ferrovias Group. The negotiation, of approximately R$ 1.4 billion, represented the total divestiture of Brasil Ferrovias and Novoeste. PREVI and its other partners received a lot of ALL stock and Certificates of Share Deposits. The negotiation was closed in May and, by the end of the fiscal year, the ALL stock had increased its value 42.1%.
