With PREVI's support, Embraer and Perdigão modified their capital stock structure to enable their entrance into the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa) New Market. One of the objectives of the measure is to provide increased stock liquidity. The capital restructuring enables the valuation of assets and the improvement of the current corporate governance levels, including the extension of voting rights to all stockholders. Perdigão was the first food segment company to enter the New Market.
