Banco do Brasil holds public offering of shares

Banco do Brasil, BNDES Participações and PREVI sold, by means of a public offering, Bank ordinary shares (with voting rights). The initiative was one of the steps taken for the inclusion of the Bank in the Bovespa New market. The Bank adopted a policy of continued evolution in its practices of corporate governance, which started in 2002 with the alteration of its By Laws. At the end of May, the New Market contract was signed with Bovespa.
