Of the total Plan 1 resources, R$ 2.9 billion were allocated in Real Estate Investments, 2.7 % of the Plan investments. The segment profitability, 19.2 %, exceeded the actuarial index (RPI 6%p.a.) of 9 %.

Revenue derived from rents and interests in real estate undertakings totalized R$ 253 million. Reassessment of many properties throughout the year also influenced positively the result of PREVI in the amount of R$ 210 million. 5 properties were sold, which totalized revenue of R$ 69 million.
