According to the changes occurred in the legislation that rules the pension funds, some information previously published by other means and on various dates shall now be published in this Annual Report of Activities. The new guidelines are chiefly contained in Resolution No. 23, of 6/DEC/2006, of the Complementary Social Security Management Council (CGPC) and Instruction No. 14, of 18/JAN/2007, of the Complementary Social Security Secretariat (SPC).
Thus, in addition to the Financial Statements and Opinions traditionally published in the PREVI Report, the following are also published:
Investment policy of the benefit plans
Statement of Investments, which also contains the segregated information about the expenses of the benefit plans.
