Opinion Of Deliberative Body

On previ results and accounting statements concerning 2009:

During a meeting on February 26th 2010, the Deliberative Body of Banco do Brasil Employee Pension Fund – PREVI, using the powers vested in it by item XII of article 22 of the Entity’s Bylaws, examined the Accounting Statements and PREVI results presented by the Executive Board regarding the year ending on December 31st 2009.

Based on the proceeding analyses, the explanations provided by the Executive Board, the Independent Auditors' Report, the Actuarial Opinion issued by the Internal Actuaries, on the opinion of the Supervisory Board and the Explanatory Notes to the Accounting Statements, the Deliberative Body concludes that the Accounting Statements properly reflect the asset and financial situation of the Entity, due to which it approves the Result and Accounting and Statements for 2009.
