IV - People And Processes

 

As for internal affairs, PREVI made important adjustments that ultimately result in better services for participants. Among them, the project Optimize, which reevaluates and updates processes and systems in the information technology field, and the project Prosseg, which aims to align the organizational structure of the Board with business processes while still maintaining its position as a reference in the pension fund market.

 

Furthermore, PREVI continues to invest in training and development activities in order to maintain high performance teams that are better prepared for present and future challenges.

 

Throughout the year, PREVI ran 25 recruitment processes, through which 46 Banco do Brasil employees were absorbed. Moreover, the Young Apprentice Program (Programa Jovem Aprendiz) was implemented, offering first employment opportunity for underprivileged children with a history of academic excellence.
