General SER Guidelines

PREVI, a PRI signatory since 2006, aware of its importance as an institutional investor for the dissemination and development of socioenvironmental responsibility practices, by including SER criteria in its investment policy, intends to solidify its position in investments that consider environmental, economic and social aspects. The entity thus seeks investments that stand out for adopting the best corporate governance practices and for socially, environmentally and ethically responsible policies in consonance with the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and its Codes of Best Corporate Governance Practices, Ethics, and Best Corporate Governance Practices in Real Estate Businesses.
