1 - Objective

1.1

The purpose of this Actuarial Report is to discuss database consistency, the financial and actuarial status, the calculation methodology, the actuarial premises, the actuarial gains and losses, the cost, and the Funding Plan for the Benefit Plans managed by PREVI - the Banco do Brasil Employee Pension Fund.

1.2

The Report is in compliance with CGPC Resolution n. 28, of 01/26/2009, Exhibit C – Accounting Rules & Procedures, item 17 “h”. It is also in compliance with the provisions of item “h” of article 4 of the Normative Instruction n. 34, of 09/24/2009.

1.3

PREVI manages three benefit plans, all of which are registered at the regulating and inspecting agency and acknowledged in the CNPB – the National Benefit Plan Reference File, as follows:

Benefit Plan 1 is being extinguished since 12/24/1997. The PREVI Futuro and the Savings Portfolio are currently receiving new members.
