02. Benefit Plans
PREVI manages three Benefit Plans, which are registered in the CNPB - Cadastro Nacional de Planos de Benefícios de Entidades Fechadas de Previdência Complementar do SPC (SPC's National File of Benefit Plans of Closed Complementary Pension Entities):
Benefit Plan "Plano 1": has a Pre-determined Benefit. In this plan participate those who were PREVI participants on December / 23 / 1997.
Benefit Plan "Previ Futuro": with Variable Contributions (Contribution Pre-determined for the programmed benefits, and Benefits Pre-determined for the risk benefits), set up by Banco do Brasil S.A. and by PREVI for all employees who joined the bank after 1998. Its Regulations were approved by SPC, on June, 10th 1998.
Single Payment Benefit Plan (Pecúlio) "Plano Capec": executes under circumstances and conditions established in separate Regulations, a system of single payment benefits in the events of death or disability, funded by specific contributions from its participants. The assets of Plano Capec are segregated ad its reserves are kept separate from those pertaining to the regular Pension Plans.
