Board of Trustees' Approval
In the meeting held on February 29th, 2008, after appreciating the 2007Annual Report of Activities, the 2007 Accounting Statements, the Actuarial Opinion, the Independent Auditors Opinion, the Statutory Audit Committee Opinion and the clarifications rendered by the Executive Board, the Board of Trustees decided:
a) to approve the Annual Report of Activities, the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Statement relative to 2007; and
b) in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 84 of the Benefit Plan 1 Regulations and considering the results obtained by said Plan during 2007, as well as the respective Actuarial Opinion, to maintain the suspension of staff and sponsors contributions to Plan 1 during 2007.
