PREVI - Relatório Anual 2007

1.1. - This actuarial opinion has the objective of the data-base, financial-actuarial situation, attained profitability, calculation methodology and actuarial premises, state of balance, actuarial profits and losses, costing plan and administrative fund of the benefit plans administered by PREVI - Banco do Brasil Employees' Pension Fund.

1.2. - It complies with Resolution CGPC 05 dated January 30th, 2002, Attachment E - Accounting Norms and Procedures, item 19 "e". It complies also with that established in the subsection IV of article 3 of Resolution CGPC 23, of December 6th, 2006.

1. 3. - PREVI administers three benefit plans, all of them registered at the corresponding regulating and inspection agency, after having been duly filed at the CNPB - Cadastro Nacional de Planos de Benefícios (National File of Benefit Plans). They are the following:

1.4.- Benefit Plan became inoperative for new enrollments after December 24th, 1997. Benefit Plans PREVI Futuro and Carteira de Pecúlios are open for new participants.
