After long legal proceedings, PREVI, other pension funds and Citigroup managed to destitute the Opportunity group from the administration of the Telemig Celular and Amazônia Celular operators. In a stockholders meeting held in January, Telpart's administration was taken over by Citigroup and the pension funds. Telpart is part of the capital stock structure of the two telecommunication companies in question.
