New Resources and Research to Improve Attendance

One of the measures taken to improve the associate attendance was the implementation of new technological resources. All of the telephone calls received by the Attendance Center are now recorded. The purpose is to provide more security and monitor the quality of the service.


Another initiative to improve the service provided through 0800-729-0505 was the implementation of an automated satisfaction research. The associate is randomly selected to answer the questions.
