ACTION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

The Audit Committee is the organization in charge of inspecting the administrative and economic-financial management of the Entity. In addition to other attributions, the Audit Committee is responsible for the issuance of opinions about the annual Financial Statements, as well as about the accounts and acts of the Executive Board.

In compliance with this requirement, the Audit Committee, pursuant to the terms of the Bylaws, appreciates the Financial Statements, the opinions attached thereto, as well as accounts and acts of the Executive Board. After the analysis of the documents and other additional information provided by the Executive Board, it issues its opinion, which is forwarded to the Board of Trustees.

In addition to appreciating the process accomplished to close the business year, the Audit Committee analyzes, on a monthly basis, the managerial reports and trial balances. It also follows the Management of PREVI by means of the Minutes of the Executive Board Meetings.
