Distribution in portfolios facilitates management

For a better real estate management, the segment is subdivided in Standard, Restructuring, Undoings, Investment Funds and Repossesssion portfolios, which are the properties that PREVI receives due to Carim borrowers' debts.

Portfolio Highlights

• Increase of 4.1% interest in Barra Shopping, with investment of R$ 24.6 million. PREVI interest in the undertaking reached 19.1%, equivalent to R$ 118.3 million at market value.
• PREVI supported Barra Shopping (RJ), Norte Shopping (RJ) and Morumbi Shopping (SP) renovation. The objective is to improve functionality and to offer new services to improve the performance of the undertakings.
• Sale of Bandeirantes Administrative Center, in the amount of R$ 55 million, registered with accounting value of R$ 46.6 million.
• Sale of Shopping Riomar for the amount of R$ 2.9 million.
